I took the original source photograph during my unforgettable round-road-trip from Toronto to Vancouver in the Summer of 2025.  Clearly, I was drawn to see this exhibit given its huge reflective surface and the phenomenal landscape of the Rockies (albeit very obscured) surrounding it.

‘Sacred Reflections of the Land’ is an evocative painting capturing the central installation of the Jasper Indigenous Exhibit—an inspiring collaboration between Indigenous communities and Parks Canada at Athabasca Park, just steps from the Jasper Visitor Centre.
