DELIVERY & reFUNDs

All purchases will be packaged in cardboard shipping boxes (depending on the size of art and value) and are protected to ensure safe arrival.

We take great care in wrapping and the protection process of each piece. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

We are here to help make your online art purchasing experience a total success. If you cannot find the answers to any questions you may have below, please contact us through the website and it will be my pleasure to answer your questions directly and solve any issues as quickly and conveniently as possible. We look forward to working with you to bring quality artwork into your home or working environment.

  • Free Local Pick Up: It really depends on where the art piece is located. If you’re in either Toronto or London UK we can, of course, arrange and agree for you to collect your order.

  • Shipping Fees for Abroad: We can source a quote for shipping and provide you with the details as soon as we can. All clients will be responsible for paying Import Fees or applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their paintings.

  • Ready to Hang: All paintings are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments.

  • Returns/Damage During Shipping: Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds due to the high cost in shipping original pieces of artwork. If you would like more pictures or videos of a specific piece or have any questions let us know and we will be more than happy to help. If by chance there is damage to the artwork during the shipping process email us and we will work with you to fix any issues.

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via the website/email to let us know. Before opening the package, you must photograph the damaged package. You may open the package to see if the work has been damaged (hopefully it is only superficial) but if the painting or products are damaged, please also photograph the damaged products.

    Where damage has been incurred, you have up to 30 days to return the item(s) for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).  All return windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you.
